About WWTS
WW Technical Services is a small company founded in the fall of 1996 by Joe Farris. As an initial startup company, WWTS delved into instrument calibration and installation, computer and network sales, installation, maintenance, and repair, as well as website development and hosting. As business grew, we moved away from field work, and focused more on print publishing and website development and hosting.
If you prefer to deal with a person rather than some computer driven menu of options over the telephone or with someone that can't understand plain English, give us a call.
Our History
As an field engineer with Eastman Kodak, Joe Farris began working with the internet in the mid 1980's with an internet based quality control program for color film and print processing. Those days of 300 baud modems have long since passed, and with modems gaining faster speed, the world wide web became a reality. Joe began developing websites in the late 80's and early 90's. In 1996 he started W W Technical Services, continuing with some of the field work he had been accustomed to, and building on the website business, as it grows and expands into other online and published media.
